One Thing You Definitely Need To Avoid For Sustained Success

Have you ever done the Tony Robbins sales mastery course?

If you have, then you will know that Tony says that you need to make a big whopping claim, as big as you can make it, providing it is true, to bedazzle your prospective clients.

The idea is that once you can get people into the zone, where they start being mesmerized by their own thoughts of personal image making or personal grandeur or egoism, it is easy to close a sale. People are open to what you have to offer because they want what you are promising. Or it may only be what they think you are promising and not really what you are promising at all, until they read the fine print. (Always read the fine print–although, if you are like me, you very really do.)

Should I Believe In Reincarnation?

Reincarnation means once you pass away in this life, you will be reborn as a different person. In this way, your soul will continue to live new lives and have new experiences. In this sense, death really isn’t an end but another new beginning - an opportunity for you to use what you have learned from consecutive lives in order to find further happiness and greater fulfilment in your new existence.

However, not everyone accepts reincarnation as a reality. Some believe death is the end of both our body and our soul. We simply cease to exist after only a tiny fragment of time. Others believe our bodies die while our souls transcend earth to live eternally in some type of paradise.

How To Make Instant Changes By Taking Actions Immediately

First, write down four actions that you need to take that you have been putting off:

May be you need to lose some weight. May be you need to stop smoking. May be you need to communicate with some one you have had a falling out with. Or reconnect with some one who is very important to you.

Second, under each of these actions, write down the answer to the following questions:

Taking Kids Out To Dinner? Its An Education

California principal Jacqueline Sanderlin picked up the tab. And not for books or educational toys. She picked up the tab for dinner because she decided that “exposure is the key to education.”

And it wasn’t just any dinner either. She bussed seven students who’d been participating in her after-school etiquette program to one of the swankiest restaurants in Beverly Hills–Lawry’s The Prime Rib. They sat at Table 46.

Not bad, considering that kids at George Washington Carver Elementary in Compton qualify for free lunches the rest of the year.

Convenience Store Loans - Options

In general, borrowers shopping for a convenience store loan will be pleased with the number of options available to them. Including conventional, SBA and a few CMBS programs.

One of the biggest components to convenience store loans is whether or not the subject property offers gasoline. Basically any convenience store that offers gasoline will be classified as a gas station and borrowers should seek financing under that category. As a side note, we happen to be working with a borrower who had his convenience store loan in process. The over eager loan officer had it wrongly classified as convenience store(not as a gas station). As soon as the appraisal company came out to the facility and reported its finding to the funding bank the loan was immediately declined. This of course wasted $5,000 for the borrower and 3 months of his time.

Jogging With Positive Affirmations

There are few areas more in need of positive affirmations than the exercise arena.

If the majority of us were honest, we would say that on a scale of one to ten, the natural desire to exercise would be at a negative 80. Yet, if we were equally as honest, we would have to admit that after we engage in exercise of any form, we feel awesome and invigorated; and, for that brief post-exercise moment, the same scale would jump to a positive 80.

What A Surprise To Discover That Not Everybody Is Clamouring To Welcome And Receive Jesus Christ!

This can come as quite a surprise when we discover that not everybody is clamouring to welcome and receive Jesus Christ. Let me amplify and explain and do check out the facts as we have them in the Gospel of Luke. Leaders in particular so need to see this because this can prevent those in positions of leadership from being overly disappointed.

We are in Luke Chapter 9 and at verse 51, where Jesus Christ has resolutely and determinedly set His face to go to Jerusalem. In obedience to the Will of the Father - Jesus allows Himself to be crucified - and killed - laying down His Life - knowing this - that His Loving Faithful Father would raise Him up from the grave. No man took His Life from Him. Jesus laid it down.

The Mystery Of Sex Transmutation

Napoleon Hill in 1937 declared in his book Think and Grow Rich that “the men of greatest achievement are men with highly developed sex natures; men who have learned the art of sex transmutation.”

Sigmund Freud believed that in those who reached greatness in their achievements did so by diverting their libido into positive energy that was of a creative nature rather than being spent in the chase of gratifying their sexual instincts.

Vital Basic Principles In Leadership Which Leaders Must Learn Early On One Way Or The Other

There are so many simple profound and practical lessons in the Word of God and as we study the call of Moses and everything that surrounded that call there are principles which can greatly help us in whatever leadership role we have in life.

It is possible to overlook ignore or miss the lessons and become wounded. That is why we have this Word. We do not need to be wounded in this way. There will be plenty of other wounds which we have to bear and which we are meant to bear.
